Service Description

Gather your friends for an exclusive, private small group training session. This service allows you to rent out the studio for one hour of personalized instruction for up to 7 people, tailored specifically to your group's collective goals and fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy

For drop-in sessions and class packages, due to space limitations, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Unfortunately, there will be no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for understanding!
